Your product shipment
Product are generally dispatched within 5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Ship Rocket or Own System with tracking and drop-off with signature. Shipping charges will be extra out of workshop pin code, various slave shipping charges depend on Postal Code ( Zone). We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

We are shipping at present some postal code in West Bengal.
Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping is free ! As a special festive offer you will not have to pay any shipping charges on the products ordered in Barrackpore circle and other if you purchase above Rs.80,000/- (Eighty thousands).
What is the estimated delivery time?
On an average, delivery takes about 7-10 days after placing the order for furniture items. For items under the Furnishing and Bed Linen category and all types fitting goods delivery will be done in 5-7 days after placing the order.
How do I track my order?
when Items is Shipped then you will get a Tracking Order Link, Click on “Track Order” link at the bottom of our website to know the status of your order.

What happens if I receive a damaged product?
On receiving the product, if you find it is damaged, please call our Customer Support Department 9433096718 and send us product pictures showing the damage. Our team will assess the damage and revert within 1-2 days with a solution. We will either replace the products or take any other corrective measure to address the issue.
