Your product shipment
Product are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Fedex with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Fedex Air with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

We are shipping at present all over West Bengal.
Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping is free ! As a special festive offer you will not have to pay any shipping charges on the products ordered in kolkata cercle and other if you purchase above Rs.80,000/- (Eighty thousands).
What is the estimated delivery time?
On an average, shipping takes about 10-15 days after placing the order for furniture items. For items under the Furnishing and Bed Linen category shipping will be done in 3-5 days of placing the order.
How do I track my order?

What happens if I receive a damaged product?
On receiving the product, if you find it is damaged, please call our Customer Support Department 9433096718 and send us product pictures showing the damage. Our team will assess the damage and revert within 1-2 days with a solution. We will either replace the products or take any other corrective measure to address the issue.
